Microsoft recently announced that the development team is working on a package tracking app called Microsoft Delivery. And the beta version of the app just appeared in the Windows Store, and is available for download. Although the app is still marked as Internal Beta, there’s actually a “Get this app” button, so users can download it for themselves.

Microsoft Delivery is a Universal Windows 10 app, which means that it works equally well on both Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile devices. Some users already tested the app, and they reported that they’re quite satisfied with the Delivery Beta app.

Microsoft Delivery Supports Popular Shipping Services

The app itself is fairly simple to use, as it does exactly what its name says, it tracks your incoming shipments. Besides basic tracking, there are a few additional options to help you better organize your tracking, like filtering the tracking by all packages, those currently in transit, those that have been delivered already, and missed. Under each heading, you’ll see the tracking info for each package that is on the way to you.

The app comes with a Live Tile support, as you can pin individual package info to the Start Menu or the Start Screen, for easy access. Testers assume that Cortana does all the tracking job, which means that you can find additional info about the incoming package in Microsoft’s virtual assistant. But this feature isn’t confirmed, yet.

Microsoft Delivery currently supports the most popular shipping services in the US, but the complete list of supported shipping services is not available yet, but it will probably be available to users, once the app sees the full release.

If you’d like to test the app yourself, you can download it for free from Windows Store. And you can also share your experience with this app with us, in the comments.
