Office Lens Android

Named one of the Best Apps of 2015 in the U.S and Puerto Rico by Google Play, Microsoft’s Office Lens app trims, enhances, and makes pictures of whiteboards and docs readable and easy to integrate with the company’s Office products. Today, the app is seeing an update, adding in the option to rotate images.

Currently, the changelog on the Google Play store lists that the update adds the ability to scan handwritten text in English, a Business Card mode, and the ability to Rotate photos. At the moment, however, we can confirm on our devices that the only new feature in this update seems to be image rotation of scanned images.

Overall, though, the Office Lens experience remains great app that functions exactly like having a scanner in your pocket. If you’re an avid user of this app, now would be the right time to visit the Google Play store and press the update button! Even if not, we’ve done you a favor and included a download link below.
