The alleged Lumia 535 with the new Microsoft branding shows up in China

Not too long ago, Microsoft posted a teaser image hinting at the launch of the first Lumia device with the new Microsoft branding on November 11th. While the software giant didn’t mention if it’s going to be a high-level handset or a low-end, most rumors hint at it being a low-end one. It appears the latter might be correct as the alleged Lumia 535 was spotted on Chinese shores with the new Microsoft branding we’ve seen a few times in the past few days, with one of them coming from the company itself.

Some images of the alleged handset were posted on Baidu in all its glory, and at first glimpse, it looks similar to the images we’ve seen in TENAA’s certification page. The device appears to be larger than the Lumia 530, and may go very well with the previous rumors hinting at a 5-inch display. Other rumored features include a quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor, the same one that powers the Lumia 530, as well as the inclusion of a front-facing camera.

We’ll update you as soon as the new device is officially announced. In the meantime, take a look at the images below, and share your thoughts about it.
