CloudOn brings virtual Microsoft Office to iOS and Android devices, users can now rejoice

If you have an iPhone, an iPad, or Android phone or tablet, CloudOn, the mobile app for iOS and Android, has made it possible for you to have access to virtual Microsoft Office.

CloudOn

The app, which is offered free in the App Store and Google Play, hosts Microsoft Office in the cloud, and then makes it available on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device, by linking to your Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and SkyDrive accounts. Users can create, and edit Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents on their devices by running the actual apps on remote servers and streaming only the user interface to the device. Because users are working in the actual application, services don’t suffer from formatting and other compatibility issues that often arise with apps that support Office formats.
