Chinese mobile maker Hisense announces its first Windows Phone - MIRA6

Chinese mobile manufacturer, Hisense has announced its first Windows Phone handset: MIRA6. The smartphone is running on the latest version of Microsoft’s mobile operating system, Windows Phone 8.1.

From the specs, it seems like a pretty decent device. Powered by Snapdragon 200 Quad-core processor, MIRA6 packs a gig of RAM. There is an 8MP shooter at the back, and a 5MP camera upfront.  The device sports a 5-inch display, and is 4G capable. It also has a dual-SIM slot, a selling factor in China and Asia-pacific region. The company didn't reveal the pricing information of the device.

While Hisense  is relatively a new mobile OEM, it has previously launched several Android-based handsets. We recently saw several hardware partners joining hands with Microsoft for Windows Phone, a similar growth can be seen in China as well. Two tech giant companies from the nation, ZTE and Huawei are also expected to launch their Windows Phone handsets soon.
