Fresh Paint and Slacker Radio apps for Windows Phone receive new updates

If you utilize either Microsoft's Fresh Paint app or the recently-redesigned Slacker Radio app for Windows Phone 8, you will be happy to know that an update is available in the Windows Phone Store. Both app updates fix a few bugs and improve app performance.

"Slacker Radio is handcrafted radio from passionate music experts. Listen for free and discover the perfect music for any moment with hundreds of stations, playlists and recommendations. Turn up the volume on an old favorite or discover your next obsession as we help you explore one of the largest music libraries anywhere. Slacker Radio is constantly updated and adapts to your tastes so the music is always fresh, fun and unexpected," the app description reads.

Slacker Radio was bumped to version 2.0.12.0, adding a few unnamed user interface fixes, along with a fix to the connection management and a fix for launching from secondary tiles.

Fresh Paint, on the other hand, also received an update to version 2.0.4195.1. Microsoft did not provide a detailed change log, and currently lists the old change log from the previous update -- which brought forth SkyDrive improvements, front-facing camera support, improved camera lenses, and more.
