India Azure customers receiving new Pay-As-You-Go feature for data centers in the region

For people in India who may have been considering using Azure in the near future, now might just be the perfect time to dive in. Microsoft has officially opened up its Azure “pay-as-you-go” payment plan to India, adding it to the list of 139 other countries that have made the plan available. The plan makes it so that using Azure now has no commitments – you’re paying only for what you use. Assuming you’re alright with the prices that Microsoft has set up for each part of its service, you should be able to get a pretty nice deal for an Azure experienced tailored to your needs.

If you’re still not sold on Azure, don’t worry. There’s a free trial available for those who aren’t totally convinced, and it’s providing a pretty solid cushion of credit for you to use while you feel out what Azure is capable of. The trial comes with ₹12,100, which translates to just about $180. After you’ve exhausted your free credit, you can upgrade to the pay-as-you-go service without any issues.
