Intel, wearable technology, challenge

Intel and Microsoft have been in business together for more than 20 years. Their collaboration has brought services, engineering and sales to create and deliver leading business and IT solutions.

Intel is dwelling and working on the next big thing, the future of wearable technology such as fashion electronics, clothing and accessories incorporating computer and advanced electronics. The wearable tech craze is growing, making technology personal and seamless to use, and it's not going to slow down anytime soon.

The chip manufacturer has come up with a new challenge and they're calling it 'Make it Wearable'. Intel is looking for great ideas in this tech and everyone is invited. It does not matter if you're an industry professional or some random guy who can invent, you're invited. If your idea is great, a panel of creatives, strategists and technologists will help track finalists, as well as refine and advance their wearable technology concepts.

The Make it Wearable challenge also has a prize pool of $1.3 million. The top 10 finalists will each receive $50,000 in funding to make their idea reality. And the top 3 will receive an additional $500,000 , $200,000 and $100,000 respectively.  If you think you have great ideas and want to take part in this challenge, head over to their sign-up page.
