Apple gave up on their Mac vs. PC ads awhile ago, which starred John Hodgman as stodgy old PC and Justin Long as cool hipster Mac. Windows fans worldwide rejoiced when the last ad bowed out, happy to see an end to what could charitably be described as “one-sided” advertising.

Flash forward to today (via Polygon), we see that Hodgman is redeeming himself (he didn’t exactly portray Windows in a terribly flattering fashion) by signing onto the cast of Minecraft: Story Mode. His involvement in Microsoft’s important new Minecraft title proves that true thespians can play any role.
The full Minecraft:Story Mode star-studded cast is as follows:
Patton Oswalt (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, King of Queens)
Catherine Taber (Star Wars: The Clone Wars)
Brian Posehn (Mission Hill, The Sarah Silverman Program)
Ashley Johnson (Growing Pains, What Women Want)
Scott Porter (Friday Night Lights)
Martha Plimpton (The Goonies, Parenthood)
Billy West (The Ren & Stimpy Show)
Paul Reubens (Pee-wee Herman)
Dave Fennoy (The Walking Dead, Prototype)
Corey Feldman (The Goonies, Stand by Me, The Lost Boys)
Grey Griffin (Fairly OddParents)
John Hodgman (PC vs. Mac)
