Maryland’s second specialty Microsoft Store to open at the Towson Town Center on June 28th

Microsoft is set to open up Maryland’s second specialty Microsoft Store at the Towson Town Center on June 28th, the company revealed to WinBeta today. You can join Microsoft for the festivities and purchase a Dell Venue 8 Pro 64GB for just $129 on that day only.

A Microsoft Store offers an assortment of products and services, including Windows 8.1 PCs, tablets, Windows Phones, Xbox One, Office 365, and much more. Customers can also receive support and services from staff members who can make recommendations and more. A kiosk-style specialty store is a smaller store that features the best of what Microsoft has to offer in a smaller space.

This kiosk-style specialty store will be located at Level 2 of the Towson Town Center’s Center Court. Attendees can purchase a Dell Venue 8 Pro 64GB tablet for just $129 (limit one per customer and while supplies last). The device typically runs for $249.99. The Venue 8 Pro features an 8-inch (1280×800) HD IPS display with optional 4G/LTE connectivity. The tablet comes powered by a 1.8GHz Intel quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and features an optional Dell Active Stylus.

Microsoft opened up the first specialty store in Maryland inside the Columbia mall nearly two weeks ago.

Do you live in the area? If you do, mark your calendars for Saturday, June 28th!
