Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Microsoft Dynamics has been gaining momentum as of late with the recent purchase of LinkedIn and the addition support from Quote-to-cash solutions. Adding its name to the hat is MasterCard, opening up Simplify Commerce for Microsoft Dynamics customers.

Simplify Commerce is a payment platform from MasterCard that will make it possible to add payments seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics AX as well as offer many other payment options to manage business software securely.

The press release covered by Business Wire goes a little bit more into detail and highlights the key features including:

  • Easy Integration: Businesses can easily add payments to Dynamics AX to begin accepting and managing online and call center payments within their existing operation.
  • Seamless Updates: Customers will stay up to date on the latest developments in the payments industry—from cutting-edge security to regulatory protocols—without lifting a finger. Through the integration, users will automatically take advantage of coordinated updates from MasterCard and Microsoft.
  • Expansive Global Footprint: Simplify Commerce provides connectivity to acquirers worldwide through a single connection point. Businesses can expand geographically without hitting payments hurdles.

Simplify Commerce is available through a total of thirteen 13 major countries and MasterCard intends to extend it further in the future. The thirteen available are: U.S., Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, South Africa, The Netherlands, and the UK

Merchant accounts with TSYS, EVO Payments International, and Priority Payment Systems are all supported by the cloud-based payment platform. Implementing Microsoft Dynamics AC with Simplify Commerce will bring PCI compliance and make it easier to use many retail processes including mobile commerce, e-commerce, and call center channels.
