Microsoft highlights those who ‘Do more’ at Convergence 2015

Microsoft’s recent ‘Do more’ campaign are quickly becoming a well-crafted series of eloquent stories about the men, women, and children of the world who do more with their products and services. At Convergence 2015 in the Atlanta, GA, Microsoft is looking to expand on that narrative by highlighting three more instances of people and businesses who ‘Do more’.

At the conference this year, Microsoft is discussing their goals, their approach to consumer experience, and the company’s overall business philosophy. At the heart of all their conversations at this conference is the idea that Microsoft would like to help in the seamless development and transformation of businesses who use their products and services.

Microsoft Convergence is the place where business communities can come together to learn, share, and be inspired. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to attended in order to gain insights from industry leaders or help anticipate trends and possibly translate those trends into financial opportunities.

Microsoft is very proud of the recent product integration with their major product players like Office 365, Azure, and Microsoft Dynamics – and how that integration is being fine-tuned for all their customers. It seems Microsoft is getting back some positive feedback about how people are having positive experiences and how using a single Microsoft product has eventually prompted them to add more.

As part of their highlight reel, Microsoft showcases the 24/7 UK food distributor JJ Food Service, and how the company increased its overall intelligence about its customers through Dynamics AX. This development made it easier for the food service company to create efficient and personalized experiences for every customer in their portfolio. In step with other businesses, the experience JJ Food Service had eventually led them to add Microsoft Azure learning as another Microsoft product to utilize. “Microsoft Dynamics AX works hard for us, automating processes. But we also need to make these processes intelligent — and that’s where Microsoft Azure Machine Learning is vital,” says Mushtaque Ahmed, chief operations officer at JJ Food Service.

JJ Food Service is just one of many businesses Microsoft looks to highlight at the conference.  As Convergence 2015 continues, AgFirst Farm Credit Bank and the United States Department of Agriculture’s Risk Management Agency will also be among the businesses discussed that have been able to do amazing things while utilizing Microsoft’s new ‘Do more’ approach to products and services.
