Microsoft has today opened a new Twitter account dedicated to offering support to Microsoft Surface users facing technical issues. The @SurfaceSupport handle is now live but it’s too early to tell if it will be anything like the @NokiaHelps @LumiaHelp account that answers every support tweet directed at them.
As Microsoft increasingly becomes a feedback-driven company, as evident by the way it develops Windows 10, it’s good to see the company actively reaching out to customers on different web platforms, be it on official forums or social media platforms.
@TheRefitShop Welcome to the new @SurfaceSupport . We’re glad to hear you love your Surface.

So if you find yourself facing technical difficulties on your Surface, your best chance at getting an official response (and hopefully a solution) is by contacting @SurfaceSupport on Twitter. And if you still don’t have a Twitter account, then you’re missing out, big time, so sign up!
