According to a new report, Microsoft is planning on releasing Internet Explorer 10 preview for Windows 7 on Tuesday November 13th. Internet Explorer 10 is currently only available on Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8. If this is true, Microsoft will be making many Windows 7 users happy with an IE10 release.

This report comes from a Chinese blog called iFanr, who recently attended an Internet Explorer 10 media press event in Beijing. According to them, Roger Capriotti, who is the Director of Product Marketing for Internet Explorer, announced that IE10 preview for Windows 7 would be released for download on November the 13th. No official word from Microsoft if this is true or not but if it is, many Windows 7 users will be pleased to hear that IE10 will make its appearance on the operating system. We don’t even know the credibility of the Chinese blog so we will have to wait until November 13th to see for sure. IE10 is touted by Microsoft as “perfect for touch.” More on this as it develops.

UPDATE: This report was right on the money, IE10 Preview was released for Windows 7.
