With all the hoopla surrounding Windows 10 Mobile build 14951 (there’s finally a fix for the 0% downloading bug, although it’s a little convoluted), Microsoft also quietly released a new build for Slow Ring and Release Preview Windows Insiders.

There’s no changelog for this latest update, as per usual with these minor lower ring updates, and note that this is a mobile update only, no word on an upcoming PC release.

The build, dubbed 14393.351, bumps those rings a couple of notches above Production Ring build 14393.321, which was also released this past week. Along with the new build, Slow Ring and Release Preview Insiders can get an updated Camera app, the one that was released to Fast Ring Insiders earlier in the week.

The app includes a number of improvements, including new, more solid icons, the addition of the timer option to the main menu, the change of the photo icon to a square shape over the previous circle one, a new settings menu within the app UI, a new settings icon, and the relocation of the front/rear camera toggle button.

While the snafu surrounding the latest 14951 build appears to be related to moving from 14946, let us know if you have any problems with updating your Slow Ring or Release Preview devices to this latest Insider build.
