Windows Phone lovers on Verizon have something new to talk about - the Nokia Lumia Icon. Verizon's new flagship Windows Phone device not only features a large 5-inch display, but also 1080p resolution, 20 megapixel PureView camera with Carl Zeiss optics, optical image stabilization, and dual-capture mode.
Microsoft has created two new promotional videos for the Nokia Lumia Icon, in which both videos tout the device's 1080p display and 20MP camera. "Want a smartphone that shoots epic videos? The Nokia Lumia Icon is the best-in-class smartphone for capturing incredible video. Plus, with a 20 MP sensor and 4 Omni-directional microphones for great audio capture, you'll never miss out on an opportunity to record and share unique, captivating moments!" Microsoft states.
In the first video, embedded below for your viewing pleasure, we are introduced to a man who touts the Lumia Icon as having the best camera for outdoors. On top of that, he touts the four mics that capture incredible sound, along with apps like Vine. In the second video, the same man records his day at the slopes using the Lumia Icon, showcasing the devices 1080p recording capabilities.
Both videos are roughly 30 seconds long and are a part of Microsoft's "Honestly" campaign, where the company attempts to utilize "real" people doing real things, while using a Windows and Windows Phone device to make their life easier. Check out the videos below.
