Nokia releases Vyclone app for Windows Phone 8, creates instant video mashupsWritten by Ron on May 11, 2013 - 10:19AM @ronwinbeta
Nokia has announced the availability of an app called Vyclone for Windows Phone 8. This app allows Windows Phone 8 users to create a single video based on multiple footage from multiple people at the same time.
Vyclone allows you to mix video taken on your smartphone using footage taken by other people filming the same event. "Just shoot something with your friends; Vyclone does the rest. In a few moments it synchronizes and edits everyone’s clips to create one movie with all the angles cut together. You get the raw footage too. So if you like, you can remix it to make your own director’s cut. And when you’re happy with your masterpiece, Vyclone makes it easy to share. It’s filming genius," the app description reads.
The app is a pretty cool idea that simply allows you to mix together different videos from the same event, so create one single video showcasing different angles of the event. Once you create the video, you can either leave it as private or publish it to social media networks. The app is available for free in the Windows Phone Store and has already received well over a dozen positive reviews. Hit the download link below to snag it.
