Nokia, whose devices and services division is now under the leadership of Microsoft, is reportedly working on another new device codenamed Roadrunner, according to @evleaks. The company launched three new handsets last month at Build, and rumored to be working on more devices such as Goldfinger which is expected to launch in the coming months.
And, now we have Nokia Roadrunner. The notorious leaker didn't shed any light on what it is, but there are quite a few possibilities. It could be just another Lumia device with Windows Phone 8.1, but there are other possibilities too -- it could be a wearable device. If you don't remember, a patent filing was revealed earlier this month, hinting at the possibility of a smartwatch from the company with health-oriented features, and this could very well be one of them.
Several rumors are also circulating over the internet about this possibility, but let's just wait for something concrete and official. There is no word from the software giant, but we'll keep an eye on it and see what comes up in the near future.
What do you think? Is it a Lumia smartphone or a smartwatch? Sound off in the comments below.
