PDF Reader, 9Gag, and System Tiles for Windows Phone 8 receive new app updates Written by Ron on January 27, 2014, 05:34PM
If you have Microsoft's own PDF Reader app, 9Gag, or the System Tiles app installed on your Windows Phone 8 device, its time you checked the Windows Phone Store for some app updates. All three apps receive bug fixes and improvements, while the PDF Reader app has received some new features.
"PDF Reader is a free app for viewing and interacting with PDF documents on the Windows Phone 8 platform. This app gives access to a wide variety of PDF file types," the app description reads. This new update has bumped the version number to 22.214.171.124, adding the ability to open more PDF files, better rotation and rendering of PDF files, and increased app stability.
The 9Gag app, which allows you to browse through the popular media site, was updated to 126.96.36.199 and features bug fixes and other improvements. However, no change log was made available. System Tiles, on the other hand, is an app that features a pinnable collection of tiles and has received an update to version 188.8.131.52. This update simply addresses bugs.
Hit the download links below to snag all three apps, which are available for free. Let us know if you notice any improvements we did not mention above.
