Today, Brushfire Games introduced Polychromatic to Xbox One and Steam. At just $9.99, Polychromatic is a physics-based arcade shooter showcasing a vast array of colors. Polychromatic makes you take on waves of enemies in multiple game modes to beat your friends and top the leaderboards on Xbox Live or Steam. Polychromatic is complemented by a dynamic soundtrack and unique gameplay in a flat geometric art style unseen in other arcade shooters. It reminds me a little of the old-school game, Asteroids, but even more fast-paced.

According to the Brushfire Games website, Polychromatic has a number of features, including:

  • Physics-based gameplay creates additional challenge as enemies collide and respond to each other.

  • Three game modes allow all gamers a way to play for their style and skill.

  • Flat geometric shapes with solid colors give Polychromatic a unique, minimal art style.

  • An exhilarating original soundtrack acts as the backdrop to the game’s fast paced action.
