Nokia recently revealed the Lumia 925 smartphone, powered by Microsoft’s Windows Phone platform, and now a new report suggests that this smartphone will make its debut in China on June 15th.

According to the report, the Nokia Lumia 925 will make its appearance first in China on June 15th, and subsequently the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and Spain. Eventually, those of us in the United States will see this phone. Nokia’s Lumia 925 will also be released in a “limited edition” capacity featuring a design to hype the upcoming movie “Superman: Man of Steel.”

“Nokia is to make a splash with Superman: Man of Steel limited edition, much like they did with the Lumia 900 and the Batman logo,” the report states. China is rumored to have 925 units that feature this limited edition handset. These units feature the iconic Superman logo as well as a wireless charging back cover featuring Superman’s logo.

The Nokia Lumia 925 features a 4.5 inch AMOLED WXGA (1280×768), 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, PureView 8.7-megapixel with OIS, Autofocus, dual LED flash, a second HD 1.2MP wide angle camera, and 1GB RAM. The camera has been redefined with the “next generation of image processing software” and the most advanced lens technology to make every shot clear and sharp.
