Just last night, Respawn Entertainment released one of the much awaited games for the year, Titanfall. The game went on sale in North America yesterday, with other regions to follow in the coming days. Shortly after the launch, gamers reported they were experiencing issues when they try to connect to Titanfall servers. The developers acted quickly, and released a patch to fix the issues that were haunting the early users of Titanfall.
Shortly after the launch, users began to report about the connection issues and slow load times when connecting to servers. The developers behind Titanfall acknowledged the issues and mentioned, "We’re hearing that some PC users may be experience longer than usual load times. We are aware and working on a solution." While the developers were busy crafting a patch to fix these problems, they did offer users a temporary solution, asking users to back out, and try again. They also mentioned users might have to try a few times before it works.
They did hold on to their word, and few hours later, Titanfall team tweeted about the release of the patch that will fix all these connection-related issues. "Patch is out. Things are starting to recover quickly now - you should get onto that Private Lobby server much faster soon," says Respawn's Jon Shiring.
We're hoping the patch will fix the connection problems faced by PC users. For those who have already purchased Titanfall, did you experience any connection issues and have they been resolved after the release of the latest patch? Let us know in the comments below.
