Twitter Windows 10 app gets poll support in latest update

Twitter users were excited today for the new app update that not only some UI design updates but a few highly anticipated features.

Finally, the Windows 10 app is catching up to the website with the additions of the beloved polls. This feature was originally added on their site over half a year ago, and now its release on the Twitter app has the social media buzzing. Polls can be created with a minimum timeout limit of 5 minutes to a length of 7 days.

Another addition that might seem small but has a big effect on the Twitter app is the ability to disable video autoplay when viewing a Twitter. Now users will no longer have to be spammed with media as they scroll down to read the latest news in their timeline.

Big surprises come in small packages for Twitter, and the update to 5.1.1.0 is definitely one worth downloading.
