The self-claimed “world’s dumbest game” Goat Simulator is coming to an Xbox One console near you. Goat Simulator is one of the several indie titles that will be arriving on Microsoft’s gaming console, the company announced in its briefing at the GamesCom event.
Despite having a no-brainer plot, Goat Simulator is pretty popular and has managed to sell “almost 1 million copies” on other platforms. Developed by Coffee Stain Studios, the title is a third-person perspective simulation. In the game, a player is required to control the movement of the goat, which has a tendency of ramming into people and other objects.
"Getting on Xbox One with the help of Double Eleven is really exciting. Everyone deserves a chance to goat around, and this is one step in the right direction," Anton Westbergh, CEO of Coffee Stains Studio.
You can also expect to see the goat flying and jumping around, defying the basic laws of physics. Unfortunately, the developer hasn’t given us a specific date when we can expect the title on the Xbox One. It will also arrive on iOS and Android at some point.
