Xbox One issues and suggestions website created to entice Microsoft to listen to feedback Written by Ron on December 03, 2013, 09:37AM
Microsoft's Xbox One entertainment console launched nearly two weeks ago and owners are already taking notice as to what features need to be improved and what issues need to be fixed. An unofficial website was created outlining all the issues present with the Xbox One - and Microsoft has acknowledged that they are looking into it!
Xbox One owners have taken it to the popular social site Reddit to list the issues with the new entertainment console. Several of the top complaints include the need for the return of Xbox Guide, easier and improved UI for accessing friends, achievements, messages and party chat quickly while in game, problems using "Xbox on" to turn on the Xbox, and much more. These issues and suggestions were complied into the unofficial Xbox Feedback website (beautifully designed I might add) for easy reference.
Now the big question remains, will Microsoft pay attention to this feedback website? The answer is yes. In a Reddit post, Microsoft's own Major Nelson stated that Microsoft is aware of the feedback website. "..I can say that things will get better. I can't offer a timeline of a list of what till be addressed first, but we are aware of the issue and things will get better," Major Nelson stated.
So there you have it. Microsoft appears to be listening to user feedback - lets just hope they actually implement some of these suggestions. Check out the website and let us know if there is a particular feature or issue you want resolved.
