Xbox One S Halo Collection now available in 500GB or 1TB models

Keeping in the spirit of all things Halo, Microsoft has released the Xbox One S Halo Collection in 500 GB and 1 TB models. Announcing the news on Twitter, Xbox announced the two Xbox One S Halo Collection consoles are available for purchase through the Microsoft Store.

The Xbox One S 500GB model costs $299.00 and comes with the new Xbox Wireless Controller, Halo 5 Guardians physical disc, and The Master Chief Collection digital download. While the Xbox One S 1TB model costs $349.00 and comes with everything the 500GB Xbox One S model, plus a 14-day Xbox Live Gold trial.

Additionally, when you buy either the 500GB or 1TB Xbox One S models, you get a choice of one of the following Xbox One games free: Watch Dogs, The Crew, Just Dance 2016, and Just Dance: Disney Party 2. Microsoft is also offering $10 off additional Xbox One S Wireless controllers (limit 3 per customer).

It would have been nice to get our hands on a Halo-themed Xbox One S, instead of the plain white model, but this is still a good deal.
