Turn your TV into a mirror with this free Xbox One app

Xbox Onesie

A fun, simple, and free app called, Mirror, has just launched on Windows 10, Windows 10 Mobile, Windows Holographic, and the Xbox One. The app basically turns camera-enabled devices into a mirror by showing what the camera sees on the devices’ screen.

The concept isn’t too unusual for PCs, tablets, and smartphones but fairly new for the Xbox One console where it can essentially turn a living room’s television set into a live feed of what the Kinect camera sees.

Here’s the official app description: Use your Windows device as a mirror, in completely free app and without ads 🙂  Features – picture from the front facing camera shown on full screen – possibility to flip the image and show it “as in real mirror” – now available in 8 world languages.

Note: This application works only with devices that are equipped with front facing camera!

It’s not something that will win any awards, but it is free and worth a look, especially for those in search of more apps for their gaming console. Have you tried this app yet? Let us know your impressions of it in the comments below.
