Dell CES 2016

Dell has been busy at CES 2016, introducing new Windows 10 notebooks and 2-in-1 machines. Nevertheless, they’re not forgetting about those people who just need to add a nice display or three to existing systems. With them in mind, Dell has introduced some innovative new monitors with InfinityEdge, OLED, and wireless technology.

First up is the Dell UltraSharp 30 OLED monitor, the company’s first, which offers a stunning 400,000:1 contrast ratio for “true blacks,” full color gamut to cover Adobe RGB and CCI-P3 color spaces, Ultra HD 4K resolution, and super-fast response time of 0.1 ms. USB Type-C connections allow for power, video, and data with one cable.

Next up is the UltraSharp InfinityEdge, which extends the minimal bezel design first introduced in Dell’s popular XPS 13 notebook. A highly flexible arm with integrated cable management combined to win Dell the 2016 CES Awards in Innovation and Eco-Design. The monitor design will come in 27-inch and 23.8-inch Full HD sizes.

Finally, there’s the Dell UltraSharp 24 and 23 Wireless monitors. Connecting to Windows and Android devices via Miracast, the monitors can function wirelessly for maximum convenience. The 23-inch model also offers built-in speakers and a wireless charging stand.
