Bookviser Windows Store app

Looking for a new app to play with? Check out these two new apps for Windows 8 and Windows RT, called Bookviser and Drawboard PDF. Both of these apps are free and available for download.

Bookviser is a feature rich eBook reader for ePub and fb2 ebook files. The interface in this app is amazing and you can even import your own ebooks! Not only can you side load your own books, browse through built-in catalogs, and add custom OPDS catalogs, but you can also adjust the font size, color schemes, and line spacing to make your reading experience better! The app features realistic page turning animations and much more. This app is definitely worth checking out, especially since it is free. You can purchase books from the built-in store if you so choose.

“View and markup your PDF documents the easy way! Drawboard PDF is the best PDF annotator in the Windows Store. Ideal for replacing the pen and paper, avoid printing documents again by using our features that make annotating a PDF a breeze. Either upload or create a new PDF, annotate using our extensive array of tools, then save it back as a compatible PDF,” the Drawboard PDF app description reads.

The Drawboard app seems to be a hybrid between a PDF reader and the OneNote app, and is full of editing and PDF creation features. Of course, this app is free and also worth checking out.
