HP launches Windows 8.1 powered Pavilion Envy, x360 and AiO lineup in India

HP has announced its latest range of notebooks and touch convertible systems for Indian consumers. The company unveiled several of its laptops in the HP Pavilion Notebook Series, Pavilion x360, Pavilion 23 All-in-One, and the HP Envy 15 notebook series.

Announced at the Mobile World Congress, HP Pavilion x360 has finally made its way to India. The 11.6-inch touch convertible laptop runs Windows 8.1 and sports a 360-degree hinge that makes it easy to switch from notebook to tablet mode. Powered by a Pentium Quad Core Bay-Trail processor and coupled with 4 GB of RAM, the device packs a 500GB HDD. HP has priced it at Rs. 39,990 ($670).

HP also announced its premium 14- and 15-inch, HP Envy lineup. The HP Envy 15 lineup also runs Windows 8.1, and sports a 15.6-inch Full HD screen. The company touts its Control Zone trackpad, which improves navigation. Powered by fourth-generation Intel Core i7 quad-core processor and coupled with 8 GB of RAM (upgradable to 16GB), the machine also a sports 4GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 850M graphics card. The laptop also features dual speakers and subwoofers with Beats Audio experience. The laptop carries up to 1.5TB additional storage, and will become available from July 20, and the pricing starts at Rs. 62,999 ($1050).

On the desktop front, the company unveiled the HP Pavilion 23 AiO lineup. As with all other convertibles and laptops, the All-in-One desktop too runs the latest Windows 8.1 OS. It sports a 23-inch Full HD display. Powered by an AMD quad-core processor alongside a Radeon HD 8280 graphics card, the AiO sports 4 gigs of RAM and comes with 500GB HDD. It will also become available from July 20 for Rs. 67,990 ($1140). In addition, the company is offering 3-year accidental insurance with all the new notebooks for just Rs. 999 ($18).
