Microsoft has released a new update to the Outlook Mail and Calendar apps for Windows Insiders in the Fast Ring. The new version 17.7369.40418.0 brings new handy features such as the ability to download all email attachments at once and more. Please find the full changelog below:

• Browse and select contacts from the Windows people picker when addressing email
• Switch to the People app from Mail and Calendar
• Download and save all attachments in an email at once

Outlook Mail Calendar Windows 10
It’s now easier to pick up contacts and download all email attachments.

While we had no trouble to find the new contact picker and the button to save all email attachments, we couldn’t find how to switch to the People app on Mobile from both Mail and Calendar in our own testing. Jen Gentleman noted on Twitter “on PC, the switch to People can be done via the People app icon on the bottom left of Mail/Calendar.”

Considering that contacts management is already integrated in the desktop Outlook apps as well as Outlook Mobile for iOS and Android, it does make sense to integrate the Windows 10 People app more closely to the Outlook Mobile apps. Let us know what do you think of these new features in the comments below.
