Windows Update

Head on over to Windows Update and you might find a new cumulative update available on your Windows 10 machine. The update, KB3124200, is only for non-Windows Insiders machines, otherwise known as Windows 10 1511. The new build after applying the update is 10586.36. If you have the latest Windows Insider build version 11082.1000, which came out yesterday, this update won’t apply to you.
Of course, there’s no changelog available yet, but we’ll be scanning Microsoft’s Support site to find out what’s changed. And, note that you’ll have to reboot your system, so keep that in mind.
Microsoft’s last cumulative update was on December 8, and was primarily a security rollup. We’ll let you know what’s new with KB3124200 as soon as we find out more.
