A few days ago Evleaks shared the news that the Nokia Lumia 530 — the successor to the 525 — is in the pipeline. It was suggested that the upcoming handset has the codename the Nokia Rock, but there has been a new development.
Today the renowned leaker revealed that the device codenamed the Lumia Rise is the T-Mobile USA version of the Lumia 530. There’s still no word on the specs or availability, but it’s likely that more details will creep out over the coming weeks.

At the moment we are still pretty much in the dark about what to expect from the Lumia 530 — or Rock, or Rise — but being the follow-up to the lower-end 525, it’s likely that the new handset will fall in roughly the same bracket. It’s going to be one to watch at the entry level end of the market, that’s for sure.
